Frequently Asked Questions

What is The Makers Circle?

The Makers Circle is a conversation series by SomaniPly where designers, architects, developers and industry leaders talk about how spaces are imagined and built — beyond products, into perspectives on design, materials, workplaces and craft.

Who hosts The Makers Circle?

The series is hosted by Nidhi Somani, Director at SomaniPly. Each episode features a guest from design, architecture, interiors or related fields.

Where can I watch the episodes?

Episodes are available on YouTube. On this page, click any episode card to open that conversation. New episodes are added to the carousel as they go live.

Who appears as guests on The Makers Circle?

Guests include architects, interior designers, workplace leaders and industry experts — for example voices from Ultraconfidentiel, Space Theory Solutions, SWBI Architects, Urban Frame, WeWork India and others shaping how India designs and builds.

Why does a plywood manufacturer run a design conversation series?

Materials sit behind every interior and structure. The Makers Circle connects SomaniPly’s manufacturing experience with the people who specify and build those spaces, so conversations stay practical — about procurement, sustainability, workplaces and design decisions that affect real projects.
